Hi, I can't connect my bot to facebook, please help!!

Hi there, Starting from the January, 15, 2020 only 4 tags will be allowed by Facebook after 24 hours delay in the conversations. The new policy is published here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/messenger-platform/policy/policy-overview/ How Snatchbot is going to handle the issue, please? Where may I define the required tag to not be banned by Facebook?

How can my users continue the conversation after end the bot expiration time? Is there any way to develop a login feature?

Hi there, I am currently creating a chatbot to answer FAQs to help customers on our website using snatchbot. We were are UK based and just wondering whether or not GDPR will affect our bot. We do not ask for any sensitive or personal information, the bot purely uses a FAQ data base to give answers to general enquiries but we are a little worried people will input personal details which would then end up in the conversation history. So, would we have to issue a disclaimer on the bot before someone enters any information? We also are concerned that the bot service has to be hosted in Europe in order to avoid a hefty fine. We would hate to stop using Snatchbot as it's been one of the most efficient platforms for bot-making! Would appreciate any help on this! Thanks,

Hi, I'd like my bot to remember user sessions on Web channel. For example, if a user returns to the bot after a week, the user can welcome the user with an interaction like "Welcome back, First_name, would you like to continue where you left off or start over?" Based on the user's response, the bot could either continue to the next question or restart. Is this possible?

The Monthly fee depends on the maximum number of messages available, and will automatically adjust for each payment period. I don't understand this definition, can anyone please explain it to me. I have a client who have around 200k users, how do I measure the amount of messages that he needs? Does even single message is counted or how does it work? BR, Alex Mushinsky

Hi Team, I have a bot that is on the following website https://iv.abraceumacausa.com.br/0.9.9/src/index_iv.php It is taking like 20 seconds for it to start, sometimes it does not start, my client does not want to go live because of it and it would me my first pro upgrade with you guys, is there any way to go around this ?
