New Facebook Messenger Platform Policy

Hi there,

Starting from the January, 15, 2020 only 4 tags will be allowed by Facebook after 24 hours delay in the conversations.

How Snatchbot is going to handle the issue, please? Where may I define the required tag to not be banned by Facebook?
