Hi there,

I am currently creating a chatbot to answer FAQs to help customers on our website using snatchbot. We were are UK based and just wondering whether or not GDPR will affect our bot.

We do not ask for any sensitive or personal information, the bot purely uses a FAQ data base to give answers to general enquiries but we are a little worried people will input personal details which would then end up in the conversation history.

So, would we have to issue a disclaimer on the bot before someone enters any information?

We also are concerned that the bot service has to be hosted in Europe in order to avoid a hefty fine. We would hate to stop using Snatchbot as it's been one of the most efficient platforms for bot-making!

Would appreciate any help on this!
