Hi,

I'd like my bot to remember user sessions on Web channel. For example, if a user returns to the bot after a week, the user can welcome the user with an interaction like "Welcome back, First_name, would you like to continue where you left off or start over?"

Based on the user's response, the bot could either continue to the next question or restart.

Is this possible?
