Bot Message response time delayed

Hello, for while now (CW 30), we notice that bot messages are being sent with a huge delay - instead of < 2 secs, the response time is up to 7 secs. Why was it changed? What is the issue? And how can we fix it? Looking forward to hearing from you. Best, Laura

Connected to Facebook page but it does not show

I gave permission to add Snatchbot as a company integration on Facebook and Snatchbot shows up with the correct rights under advanced messages under page settings. I selected Snatchbot as Primary recipient for transfer protocol and the Facebook page inbox as Secondary recipient for transfer protocol. But when I view the page as a visitor, there is no way to interact with the bot. Only the normal Facebook message that leads to the page inbox. Help advise.

Messages are sent repeatedly

Hi, I developed a bot for a quiz. It worked fine for quite a while. But recently I have noticed that messages are sent repeatedly (5 to 12 times in a row). There is no new trigger and it just happens randomly to different messages. Why is this? Can someone help me to solve it? Thanks & BR, Sylvie

Hey Guys, I would like to safe user data in my google sheets and at same time showing the user´s name as data check. Example: Your name is [responseTo interaction=1931762 fallback=TEXT] -> Your name is Leon This [responseTo] to interaction I would like to save in my google sheets. I did it like this: [setAttribute Gericht =[responseTo interaction=1931762 fallback=TEXT]] everything worked well, the answers were safed, BUT not shown at the bot. So what can I do to save data and showing user user´s answer at the same time? Thank you!

Cant select a page to connect with facebook

Hi Kim, I have an issue connecting my bot with my account. ID bot:115841 Name: Anemone My facebook account as admin access, the thing is that once I select Anemone, the app don`t appear in Anemone account and cant select it, I dont know if there is something additional that I have to do. 1-I select Anemone 2-It appears in this screen, but when I tried to select Anemone I cant. image.png 3-When I enter to the Anemone Facebook>Advance Communications and search fot the installed app of Snatchbot, It doesnt appear. image.png I have an open question, but havent been able to connect: https://support.snatchbot.me/discuss/5f131a0a77438e013c5507de Previously I connect the bot with other account Urban-X and was functional, but now I don`t know why I can`t connect to Anemone.
