Same and previous reply for all random message giving by others. How to avoid this problem from bot.

Hello, Is there a way to save an attribute on a button click of a gallery card? This is the use case: 1. Gallery contains multiple cards and each card contains multiple buttons (e.g. each card represents one product and each card has 2 buttons: 'More Info' and 'Buy') 2. User clicks on 'Buy' and is redirected to the 'Buy' interaction for the product (card) that he clicked on. So, we have 2 interactions: one shows the products and the other one shows the purchase details of the chosen product. To achieve this, we need to have a way to 'remember' what the user clicked in the first interaction. In the platform, I could only see a button of type 'Blocks', where I can choose the next interaction, but no way to 'remember' what was chosen. Is there a way to achieve this? (quick replies are not really an option because we want to have multiple buttons (different actions) on each card) Best, John

How do I export responses by users to a report I can see. Looked at the user interface and see JSON in XML format and see conversation format but I am looking for an Excel format that will show me line by line the question a user responded to along with the answer they provided during the chat session. I am currently only able to message snatchbot by adding it to a channel and chatting with it in that channel. That means I can't really have multiple people chatting with it. Hi, I have setup a bot in which I need to permanently save specific user attributes, so that I can broadcast a message to them based on their input (e.g. send a message to all people who selected friday as there favourite day).
