Hi Guys

I'm trying to setup snatchbot to onboard new users. I want the bot to initiate the convo with a new user, and allow the rest to continue as normal.

I am currently only able to message snatchbot by adding it to a channel and chatting with it in that channel. That means I can't really have multiple people chatting with it. Can you tell me how I could allow people to simply DM snatchbot and ideally,
