Changing "<botName> typing message..." in webchat
Hello,
I'd like to change the "<botName> typing message..." message that appears in the webchat while waiting for the bot's response. I couldn't find any option to do this in advanced options of web channel. Is it possible?
If it's not possible, I'd like to hide this message. Do you know how to do this?

How To Stop Bot From Replying To Random Messages?
If user sends any message that is not included in connections, the bot responds with the default interaction, instead of doing nothing.
how can i stop this?

It is really free for ever?
as i currently said in my last post i use chatfuel, it was free "for ever", but now they are placing restrinctions in the "free for ever plan", basically i grow my suscribers there that i may lose now (about 700k suscribers). Im not a company nor i sell things, im just a blogger that likes to write tips, so basically i earn money using adsense. Well in one sentence:
Will snathbot be free for ever, with no limitations?, i know they place Made by Snathbot and thats okay with me if they dont charge me for using it.

CSS - transparent background
Hello,
I'm trying to change the color of the background to 'transparent'. I'm using the "frame the webchat URL" option and I'd like chat messages to overlay over a background image.
I understand that I need to upload a custom css file; however, I can locate the correct style element. Any help is appreciated.
Also, if anyone in the community has worked with CSS files, I'd love to hire you to get some custom CSS help.

Hello team,
I checked the Await Response option to continue with a live chat and I also browsed through the other option of a simple mail notification, but I was wondering, while using Await Response option, the bot is just suspended and waits for the human, is there an option, where once i receive a mail notification, I can view the live chat happening but do not want to interfere or take over the conversation from the bot whenever I want.

How to define a JSON inside body of EXTENDED API INFORMATION

I have define this JSON inside the body:

All goes rigth but Seliom send the literal not the field value.
For example, send [attribute=nombre] instead of Ignacio Fernández.

My question is how do I have to define the attribute within the JSON so that it sends the value of the attribute?
