A bot for Slack
Hi, i've just built my first very basic chatbot and connected with slack - however it won;t launch when i'm in the slack channel.
probably missing something really simple so please help

Option to the user close the live chat and for example, come back to the menu
Is there any way (logic) to the user close the live chat and go the other interaction of the bot?
Imagine, if the professional leaves the chat before the last client interaction, is there any way to give to the professional to get an service evaluation through the chat? (like an option that is always present like an option to the client finish the chat).

Add delay for Auto open option.
Hello,
I'm using the SnatchBot in my page with auto open option. But I need some delay like 5 seconds before chat windows automatically. I didn't find any option in the configuration.
Could you help me regarding this

Send conversation to my email?
Is it possible to set up my bot to send me an email of a conversation? I put an email card with my email on the last message of my bot, but it doesn't send me anything. I don't want to have to continuously check up on my bot to see if someone used it. Is there a setting that I missed?

Page Connection Lost
Connection to this page was lost. Sometimes this happens after you log out of Facebook or change Page settings on Facebook.
Nothing to worry about, just press "Reconnect Page" and everything will start working again.

How to remove snatchbot from my facebook page.
Hi there,
I'm trying to turn of and remove my snatchbot chat from my facebook page without success.
I've followed your steps to remove it from the channel setting but it still showing on my facebook page.

as you can see in the third image link I'm not able to change or disable any status of snatchbot 394353490931600 and the chat.
