Option to the user close the live chat and for example, come back to the menu

Is there any way (logic) to the user close the live chat and go the other interaction of the bot?
Imagine, if the professional leaves the chat before the last client interaction, is there any way to give to the professional to get an service evaluation through the chat? (like an option that is always present like an option to the client finish the chat).
