Hi! When someone records an audio at https://snatchbot.me/webchat?botID....etc, , we can see it but not hear it, like user.158b001383fae79d.Kq60PkAi sendAudio:base64 There is no 'play' button at https://snatchbot.me/conversation but there is a play button inside chat, from user side, the one who is recording audio. That means, they think we are hearing it, but we are not. Is there any solution or other way to hear those direct web page audio chats? Thanks

The button appear at right corner, but when I click on it, nothing happend. However, the conversation starts in background even if I've unchecked the option in bot parameters (to start automatically) and chat button was not clicked. The conversation starts in background every times people land on my website. I need people must click on the icon to start the conversation with the bot. Is it possible ? Thanks

Hi guys i was using chatfuel it was perfect and of course free with no restrictions but suddenly they are changing the free plan even when they said will never do. So i have a question is there a way to migrate go snatchbot without losing my current reacheable users?, i read in some place you have to connect bot chatbots, send a broadcast with the old one and so the new will have the users. is that aproach right?

Is it possible that the my profile picture (avatar) and the icon of the chatbot (bottom right) that I click on to use it differ?
