Hi! When someone records an audio at https://snatchbot.me/webchat?botID....etc, , we can see it but not hear it, like

There is no 'play' button at https://snatchbot.me/conversation but there is a play button inside chat, from user side, the one who is recording audio. That means, they think we are hearing it, but we are not. Is there any solution or other way to hear those direct web page audio chats? Thanks
