E.g. I've created 5 NLP models and 5 respective global connections that map each model to a specific intent, i.e. response. If A->"A" If B -> "B" etc. But if it doesn't match A...E, how would I set a default response, and then possibly change confidence thresholds for which A...E are matched to minimize false positives? Thanks!

All the global connections on my bots simply disapeared ...I mean they still show there but the part in which shows if they are exact match or whole keyword for example all look blank ...and I cannot change them ...can you help me ? all the best and congrats for the great product I have a couple guys going live this next month

I cannot access dashboard, so I can't give you IDs, however in one interaction, both logic conditions appear... It's not supposed to happen. Also, in this case there are two values of the same attribute, so I presume is still a reset value problem...

have copied css edited and uploaded to correct position. seems to work well on desktop but... serious issues on mobile... There is a white page attached to the bottom of the snatchbot avatar and this totally covers the bottom menu. when i close a chat the window closes over the white sheet covering the menu and scrolls up when i scroll down the site on the mobile... this takes up 1/4 of the screen!! need to delete white page under bot visible above bottom menu need delete the page entirely when chat is closed - just have avatar so customer can click Ps. now when i reset the bot in the 'get embedded code upload button' there is a white paper noticeable on down scrolling... same issue after engaging a chat but now instead of white paper its blue - was never was like this before, was clean and tidy.

Hello, on mobile the chat bubble will not be the entire width of the chat box one. On the PC it is different. How to change this? Best regards

Hello, My bot is restarted after 24 hours of inactivity. I put the value of session expiry to 86400. But i want my bot to never get restarted after user inactivity is there is a way to do that ?

I have seen the in-built weather bot but i didn't understand how is the city for example :- Madrid, set into the API.. i don't see any attribute getting added.. Can someone please explain?
