Hi. I'm finding it very unclear in the documentation of how I add staff members in departments to respond to incoming messages when "live chat" is requested. I have at least three different staff members I'd like to monitor and respond to the chatbot. Thanks

What is the purpose of having to have the "Get Started" button? This is pretty bad to not be able to remove it. Also, how do you change the color of this button if it has to be included...? Thank you.

I just finished creating a bot, and I am trying to connect Facebook Messenger as a Channel. I press the + sign, it asks me to log into Facebook as myself. No problem. It asks me to select the pages i want to apply it to. Also no problem. But in Snatchbot, it doesn't show the list of pages it has been added to. Under "Publish" it simply asks me to Create a New Page. Please help.

Hi, I have the same problem. I found that Snatchbot is loading Google Analytics. I am not sure how this affects our tracking data. I was not able to disable GA. This is our bot ID: 103387 I don't want to post our website URL here. Can you somehow help me?

Hey guys! Can we create automated sequences for Messenger on Snatchbot? Example: the user clicks on a button and automatically subscribes to a sequence, where he will receive a message in 5 minutes, another one in 24h, other one in 48h... Can we do it? Thanks!

Hi there, I recently installed the Marketing Bot template, but I can't seem to remove/change the Agent Name from the bot. Any idea how to do this?
