How can I send a custom POST request via webhook?

I want to use snatchbot in my iOS app. The way I found is to enable API (bot -> channels -> API). Then I could use POST requests to add messages to chatbot: ``` curl --request POST \ --url 'https://snatchbot.me//channels/api/api/idbot_id/appapp_key/apsapp_secret?user_id=user_id' \ --header 'content-type: application/json' ``` I need to keep my app updated with the latest conversations happening in between bot and the user. For that I could use a webhook to post to the specified url when any change occurs. Although I need to customize the JSON body being sent through the webhook. I am Backend-as-a-Service which expects data being sent to be structured in a particular format. Is it possible to customize the data being sent through webhook?

Cannot select any option from mobile.

Good morning Snatchbot Team, I wanted to report that from mobile I cannot access to any element of the following menu: https://imgur.com/a/sLruJtH You can't see it because it is a screenshot, however, basically as soon as I open this menu, a shade of grey appears, and because of this I can't click any other option. When is Snatchbot fixing the Autosave glitch?

Dear Snatchbot Team, please report this to you dev team. At least 2 of my bots are not able to get saved. Its frustrating for me to work with Snatchbot. You must know that the experience on our side is very painstaking. Since last 1 hour I am trying to save the utterance. But it is not getting saved. My bots are NILA 117094 and NILA Production110477. WHY IS AUTOSAVE HAVING ISSUES. IT IS VERY DISCOURAGING. I made several changes few days back. I had tested in Mobile as well as Website. It was working fine. PLEASE REPORT THIS TO YOU TEAM THAT THIS IS A SERIOUS ISSUE. My bot is deployed in Website and I cannot afford to edit all the changes again and again. PLEASE SUGGEST BETTER SOLUTION THAN JUST HAVING A BACKUP. THIS IS A PERSISTENT ERROR AND I HAD RAISED THIS ISSUE A WEEK BACK BUT THE DEV TEAM DID NOT RESPOND ME, I DID NOT GET ANY UPDATE FROM THE DEV TEAM, EVEN THOUGH I HAD MAILED THE BACKUP FILE TO AKSANA. Let me know if I am missing out on something. BUT AUTOSAVE FEATURE IS NOT WORKING AND ITS VERY DISAPPOINTING PLATFORM. Please look into it IMMEDIATELY as my bot is published in Website. Or else we will think of changing the platform if your free services are below par then other platforms...

Text input is disabled

My bot was working but suddenly text input got disabled in all my bots. I can not type in text input box. Disable checkbox is unchecked on all bots, interactions. It is both browsers (Google Chrome and FF) Not sure how to fix. Can you help. Thanks.
