Mais la fenêtre n'a pas changé d'aspect, et mon avatar (de mon chatbot) a été modifié ... ? est-ce que le changement prend du temps pour se mettre en place sur le site internet ? Hi. I don't know how to fix this problem. I cannot access my dashboard. ------ Page Connection Lost Connection to this page was lost. Sometimes this happens after you log out of Facebook or change Page settings on Facebook. Nothing to worry about, just press "Reconnect Page" and everything will start working again.

If there are multiple managers, all accessing the dashboard, can they filter the awaiting conversations e.g. by claims for the claims manager, by new clients for the sales manager, etc. Would I need advanced analytics for this with my Bot having a pro plan subscription? If so is there documentation on how to set up the dashboard view.

Hi Really enjoying playing around with your bot maker so far but I've bumped into a bit of a problem with Variables and Attributes. When using the [customVar KEY=VALUE] [setAttribute KEY=VALUE] commands, the code breaks when receiving a value containing a line break from Line such as: Item 1 Item 2 And variable set as [customVar KEY=[responseTo interaction=ID fallback=TEXT]] The response from the bot ends up being plain text: [customVar KEY=Item 1 Item 2] And no customVar is assigned. There is no breakage if the response does not contain a line break such as: Item 1 Item 2 Is there a way to allow for line breaks and / or scrub them out? I'm hoping to make a simple ordering interaction where to things to be ordered are listed separated by line breaks. Thanks in advance for any help!

Hello, there are keep opening new chats but no conversation started. I tested my bot by myself and when I click on answers or give answers it just show up in the inbox. But when I check the inbox for the day I see a lot of chats that keep getting stuck on the first opening sentence. Sometimes 5 times per chat. How can I solve that? A lot of open chats without conversations is unclear for me. Thank you.

Hi! My bot (ID 83001) worked perfectly on Facebook Messenger until yesterday. Suddenly it doesn't answer, just shows the greeting message. I see that it responds correctly when I try it here, on the Snatchbot website. I have reviewed the settings here and on my Facebook page and it seems that everything is fine, is there a problem right now with Messenger? Kind regards!
