I have created the questions with their respective options, but I cannot get past the first one, since when I answer the first and correct one, I accept the next question and it makes a loop and returns to the same question, any suggestions??? thank you

Hi, I'm rather confused about the functions of the free plan - is the free account still available with unlimited messages, or is this now actually a test version which you can't use further after you've reached 2k messages? Our CRM Program is Bitrix and we would like to generate inquiries in Bitrix automatically from chats in SnatchBot? The inquiry should be created if the chat is silent for 5 minutes, if thereafter interactions occur again, they should be added to the inquiry created already. Is this possible and if yes, how? At this stage, we connect the chats to Zapier and create inquiries in Bitrix this way, but this isn't leading to optimal results.
