Our CRM Program is Bitrix and we would like to generate inquiries in Bitrix automatically from chats in SnatchBot? The inquiry should be created if the chat is silent for 5 minutes, if thereafter interactions occur again, they should be added to the inquiry created already. Is this possible and if yes, how? At this stage, we connect the chats to Zapier and create inquiries in Bitrix this way, but this isn't leading to optimal results.
