Mobile Not Working
Hi Snatchbot Support, the chatbot does not work on mobile for me. It appears to be loading forever. I am using an iPhone X and safari. The website is developed in SquareSpace. The html is embedded in the head. Thank you!

Can I create a bot in Tigrigna Language?
I am Kibrom from Ethiopia, I want to develop a chatbot in Tigrigna(official language for Tigray regional government, Ethiopia) Language. I see as it is possible to develop in Amharic language. Tigrigna and Amharic language have the same root which is GE`EZ language.

error en PNL
Hola, quiero avisar que al intentar configurar una muestra en una entidad del tipo lista, me di cuenta que no reconocer la palabra "almacenar". Cada vez que la escribí, aparecía como resultado "poesía".
Además, he intentado crear PNL en inglés y no me lo permite el sistema, únicamente los he podido crear en español.
¿Me pueden ayudar a resolver esto?

I have tried twice to upgrade. I cannot reach anyone but I have been charged.
I have been charged twice in a n attempt to upgrade my plan, I cannot reach anyone, there is an issue with your upgrade process if I have been charged twice but still have no upgrade. I need to speak with someone about this as it is not right to charge someone and not give them the ability to communicate about that charge.
