Hi, I have tried to create an NLP model to identify job titles. I've added sample data with the job titles and trained the model. When I test it with one of the sentences the model is trained with I get the following: Type: Match: Error: : index 19 is out of bounds for axis 0 with size 19 Any idea what this means? Giles

When I try using Postman to test the API functionality, so I can integrate with a native app, I only get a response for the initial POST (which requires url parameters user_id and message), with my welcome message. Everything after that for the same user_id returns blank. What am I doing wrong that I can't get the next questions/messages? Thanks in advance

Can I POST a user response from a particular BOT message to an API service and GET back a response? Can i post more than i attribute at a time?

Hi guys, one of my first questions in my bot is " what is your name" - now in order to continue with the conversation I would have to put in a connection and add all possible names so that the chatbot would continue with the conversation. Is there any trick how the chatbot will continue the conversation no matter what the user wrote? Hope you can understand my question. Thank you so much.

Hi, I just recently signed up for an account, however when I click the confirmation link in the e-mail i received I receive an error. Is there any way to re-send another link? I cannot log-in as it says I haven't confirmed the e-mail and I cannot register again as the e-mail is already in use. Thanks in advance.

Hi, I have created a bot, ID 63025 The first interaction is a welcome to the page. The I will ask them what language they speak separating the 2 sentences with a ::next:: How can I instead split the 2 sentences in 2 different interactions? The reason I need to do this is because my "main menu" would be nicer if set on the second sentence of the introduction (basically language and services) instead of the greetings. Thanks, Marco

Hi! Yesterday my bot stopped working on Facebook. I see that it is still working on the web, but on Facebook it does not respond, does not even start a conversation ... is there a bug right now?
