Hey, is there a possibility to generate daily reports on user inputs or any other means of report for the future analysis.

I would like to implement a timer system in a quiz for example. If the user doesn't choose an option in 10s (1000ms), then the bot would get to another interaction. I know there's the delay options, as well as the fallback one. How to combine them for my purpose? Thank you

Hi! When user clics a link in a Rich Card it opens a new window on browser. If user then opens the chat on this new page receives an alert: "You have an active conversation in another tab. Do you want to continue existing conversation or start a new one in this tab?". Is it possible open links on current windows to prevent this alert and continue current chat conversation? Hello. After your maintenance, all my connections were broken, so I restored it from a backup. I often have trouble accessing the dashboard. When I create new connections, they simply do not work. Even really, really simple things refuse to work for example, a connection with: Response to the interaction ->contains all of -> Illustrator, Mask (masks as a synonym... If you type Illustrator clipping mask as a response, it reverts to the fallback response. I was supposed ot be presenting this working this week, after spending the last week putting it together, and it looks like my time has been wasted/I'll need ot find an alternative and build it quick! Your help will be much appreciated.

I set up a bot on 8 September 2018 to send an email alert. Emails handled by Google via the gmail service were not received, but were received to email addresses which were not linked to gmail. I have no filters or blocked email addresses set up in Gmail and I have received no spam emails. Is gmail blocking these emails?

I was building my new bot and suddenly the ( My bots ) page is not working any more just a plain white page is shown . Is there any problem

1)Can i know, is there limitation of concurrent user to access the snatchbot if i put it in webpage? 2) For backend login, is there any limitation if more than 1 users login to the bot at same time?Currently i have tried that when i and one of my teammate login to the bot it will not kick one of us out.Just to get confirmation or any limitation if there is. thanks you

Hello, I saw that if I start the conversation on one page of the site and then move to another page of the site, the chat starts from the beginning. It should keep the conversation made on the pages of the same site.
