Webhook json format
I've been battling with exporting the name and email collected from my chatbot using webhooks.
I have successfully assigned both variables and set the proper value in my chatbot. The webhook also connects to my php script successfully. But I am not able to retrieve the values for "username" and "password" sent in the json POST request.
Please can you provide a format for the json request so I know how to retrieve the values.

A way to put a avatar to client answer
Is there any way to put a avatar in the client answer?
And is it possible to put different avatars along the conversation (bot answers), to simulate different bots?

Can i use wit ai with snatchbot?
Using repsonses through wit ai and ui of Snatchbot. As i have already made all nlp models on wit ai so is there any way that bot sends responses through wit ai and not of snatchot.

Chat window showing quick replies cut on mobile view
Hi,
I have noticed the window of my webchat channel shows the row containing the quick replies cut on a mobile view.
Is there a way to customize the alignment of the quick replies vertically rather horizontally? Or is there a way to fix the view on a mobile device?

Export Bot
Hi,
how is the best way to export and import the bot as a client project.
So I built it with my account and now the bot should move to the clients account.

Extracting phone number without country code
Is it possible to allow bot to recognize phone numbers without country code?
Like if we can set a default country or something similar?

Randomizing Responses not working
The bot displays all responses at once even when I've put them in curly brackets.
This used to work before but all of a sudden it stopped working. can you check please?

Custom Variable - to much input
Hy,
why should users take two input, in order to get their email address?
Can I put a user input into a custom variable in fewer steps?
Now it takes at least 2 inputs:
For example:
Bot statement 1: Give a number
User: 55
Bot statement 2: Thank you, write anything
User: ok
Bot statement 3: Here is your number: 55
It should take only 1 user input:
For example:
Bot statement 1: Give a number
User: 55
Bot statement 2: Thank you. Your number: 55
How can I do that?

Can't connect to twillio
Hi i'm trying to deploy my bots to twillio, i tried the method from your document but it still didnt responding.
i'm using the trial version twillio, before i buyed the real versions i wan't to tried it first

When I have await response interaction set, and the bot gets to that point only one email address get's the notification that someone needs a live chat.
