How to save JSON response data to attribute
Hi,
I am using API to get data from my web. Then I want to doing something with this data in next interactions. Is it possible to save this data to attribute? How? I have searched for documentation and question but not found the suitable answer.

Not able to Create Custom NLP Model
Hi Team,
Thanks for all the help in past.
I have encountered a new issue.
While creating a custom NLP model, I am not able to save the samples to model.
The blue color save button doesn't gets activated.
I have very much added words but still not able to save.

Write third party payment interface
Hello.
I need to accept payments in chat bot and it's not PayPal.
I read your JSON API documentation and understand that you are using middle server to create response for chatbot.
What should i use if i have only api of payment gateway and api of the bot. No server in the middle.
How to organize program ? Do you such examples ?

Start interaction
Hi, I'm trying first steps with the chatbot. I set up a start interaction but before the test bot shows my custom start interaction, it displays: "Hi! Thanks for getting in touch with us on our website. Please send us any question you may have and we will try to get back to you as quickly as we can." Can I somewhere turn this message off? I don't see it in the interactions nor in the schema. Thank you in advance! Micha

How to use multiple bots
Hi All
I would like to know whether it is possible to create multiple bots for one business entity. Meaning creating bots that are specific to a funtional area in the business and then be able to connect all these somehow -- So that clients can chat seamlessly within all the bots without knowing ?

how to set webhook for entire snatchbot
Hey guys ! I am trying to set webhook calls to snatchbot from fulfillment section of dialogflow ,as I want to interact from dialogflow to snatchbot .
I saw in the "config" section of bots for setting webhook for entire bot . But don't how to do it. any guess ? I know the python flask integrator from this https://www.pragnakalp.com/dialogflow-integration-with-snatchbot-using-python-flask/ won't work for me .

No Viber shortcart on Channels page
I connected the bot to the Viber account, but on the Channels page there is no message icon that launches a dialogue with the bot in Viber. What to do?

Session expiry
Hello,
is there is any way or work around to disable session expiry ? because it's ridiculous to start the chat all over again every three hours.
people sometimes recontact you and it's not cool to keep ask them the same questions
in the past the value of session expiry was unlimited but now it's limited to 10800 seconds
