Whatsapp channel - smartphone features
Good evening,
we would like to implement a chatbot using the Whatsapp channel for one of our customers. We will therefore purchase a smartphone with a new SIM. Are there any limitations on the RAM of the smartphone? Furthermore, the smartphone would only be used for activating the channel, so it could also be used for other purposes or with other apps?

Responding to live chat request from mobile phone
Hi there, I deployed bots successfully on my website and Facebook. I have added a live chat feature, getting the alert promptly and I am able to open the conversation on my phone, I however am not able to continue the chat here. We need this functionality since my partner and I are always on the go. Please help.

Is it possible to join two or bots or connect one bot with another
Hello!
My bot is very large so during development I separated different tasks for different bots.
But now I would like to join them in one bot or create some sort of connection between them (for example for some interaction make a connection with an another bot's interaction). Is it possible?

Is it possible to write out all my interactions externally and then import them?
Can I upload interactions via a CSV file or something similar? Is there a faster way to create interactions than one at a time via the interface?

The Await Response interaction is not working anymore
Hi, after the maintenance that happend earlier this week my bot used to have a live chat function where someone could respond to any customer on my website. However after the maintenance the embed code stopped working and the response someone from my company sends to the cutomer doesn't show up on the customer side. Can you help me with this please ?
