Hello. I was exploring the plugins feature in the platform. I am convinced about it's use case. But, I don't find the documentation related to it. In the Documentation, it only has information about the default plugins. What if I had to use Extended API in the Plugins. I am really looking forward to that. A proper documentation and a video will help me a lot in integrating all the APIs that we plan to integrate. Please help me with this.

Hi there! Why is that so since the last few updates on snatchbot, our logic operations stopped working with our bot (102699)? We get the plain messages displayed on the chat, for example: "[IF("true"!"false"){Bármikor kérhetsz emberi segítséget az "Emberi segítség" szöveges üzenet elküldésével! A "Menü" parancs használatával bármikor visszatérhetsz a menühöz." and then it will send the next message since the last part of the IF statement was a "::next::}"

Hello. Im making changes to my bot which is connected to viber, but the changes do not seem to be applied. It replies with some old replies i set. Do i have to do something else to apply these changes

I would like to temporarily remove my bot from action. How can I suspend it instead of just deleting it?

Hi, Let's say my website has a dashboard with many charts and visualizations. the right thing to use the chat bot is by asking it the how much our sales increased since last week. Then, it will give you the number. However, is it possible for SnatchBot to display a chart in the chat? or is it possible to use data stored in any database and create charts out of it? For example, when the user asks how much my progress improved since last week, SnatchBot will display a chart showing him this. I don't think Snatchbot has this feature yet, but if is it possible to display charts in the chat, please let me know. Thank you

Hi, Love the product. We're a recent startup testing your product but recent some users are telling us they cannot exit chat on mobile. They have no option with no X to allow them to shut the chat window on mobile only. Is this something wrong we have done? Thanks
