Hi, may i ask how to add audio to a chat? I can see that i can embed a link but I tried an audio uploaded to google driv, also soundcloud and put the link to the field like [audio]here_i_put_thelink[/audio] but it does not work. Where should i upload my audio and put the link? Thank you

Hello. I don´t get it, I´m making a bot for a Spa; I need it to have booking options, and accept paypal (but their paypal -not mine). Does the Paypal account has to match the email with which I have the Snatchbot logged in? Then how can I make a Bot for, say, a Spa. I´m sorry, I´m in trouble here. Thanks.
