Hi Snatchbot team, I wish to follow up on a notification about the price increase. "This email is to provide you with advance notice that as of May 15th, 2023 we will limit the free plan to 2000 messages per account, once this limit is reached you will need to upgrade your Bot to a pro plan. In addition, our SnatchBot Professional plans will change. Effective on May 15th, 2023, we are increasing the prices of our products and you will see the updated prices on the pricing page From now we are offering four principal packages: «Starter at 99$ for 10000 messages», «Team at 199$ for 25000 messages» «Business at 449$ for 75000 messages» and «Enterprise, price on request»." I would like to enquire if there is a corporate/annual discount for the Starter package, and if there are any changes to the premium features. In addition, if I were to sign up in April based on the existing price (e.g. $60 per month for one whole year), will the increased pricing in May 2023 affect me? Thank you.

Where do I go to get signed up as an affiliate so I can promote this platform? Or who is responsible for that area that I can talk to?

I would like to inquire that I see the limit of messages in the pro plans, for example if I take the first package, 10,000 messages / month / account? Does it mean that it is the amount of all the messages of all my bots. So it not depends on the amount of bots. For example if I have 6 bots and 1 of the takes 3000 messages and the remaining 5 bots can take 7000 messages? So the plan is per account, and not per bot. thank you

I have created a chatbot to be deployed on SharePoint. I want the user to be able to enter an ID in the chat for an item in a SharePoint list and obtain a reply based on one column.... example in the chatbot the user enters 12 and the response will be what the current status of the item is (item status being one column in the SharePoint list).
