Same issue. It only works sometimes. I have copied an existing chatbot, deleted all webhook information and later replaced those webhooks by new webhooks (including using webhook.site). The new webhooks are not triggered and the old webhooks are triggered. The new webhooks verify correctly and I received the post requests at webhook.site. Has this error been noted previously and if so, is there a solution?

1) Is it possible to use datasets to train the chatbot? For instance if I have an Arabic Chat Corpus, can I use that to train the chatbot? 2) If I want to train a FAQ model how would I go about doing that? Do I have to create a model for each question or is there another way? and if I were to train each question separately I'd put different deviations and different formats of the question as the "match case, what about the "Mismatch case"? Do I just put anything that isn't relevant to the question in training? 3) Is there somewhere where I can read the benefits of PRO plan in detail? I am thinking of subscribing to Snatchbot's PRO plan but I want to read all of the benefits of PRO plan before doing so.

Hello, all bots have the same problem: In the block "conditional connections" the field "then go to" was deleted. It is empty. When I insert a connection again (no matter if an existing one or a newly created one), the error message "This connection is broken, it may affect the bot scenario. The message remains and cannot be removed. After "then go to" "removed interaction" appears in red although the interaction is present in the "then go to" field.

I have been adding link to the interaction i am getting the following error suddenly This connection is broken, it may affect the bot scenario. But the interaction is available. BotID: 129825 Interation ID: 2156249
