Hi, I'm trying to get the bot to stop responding completely when it hits Await Response. However, with each user's message the bot repeatedly replies with the Await Response message, which makes live chat with the user impossible. here my ID: 101634 Jon

Hi, I've setup custom variable and send it to webhook. On Snatchbot I'm able to see my chat receive the correct response however on my webhook integration, I'm seeing different response which is an older response. Whenever I send another webhook response, the same older response will be capture instead the new one. I even create a new webhook link and attach to the custom variables also same problem. Regards

I use STT in Facebook Messenger. For example: - bot: what is your name? - user speak (or record audio): John. Then I use prior message to get name of user (John) but that message is always: John This type of attachment is not supported. Every speech to text always are joined This type of attachment is not support.

I deleted my fb page and forgot to unpublish the chatbot first. Now i cannot unpublish as the page is already gone.

Hi everyone, Hope you are in the best of your health. Could you please clarify on entities & intents in case if the the sentence is interrogative? For example how do we train an NLP for a sentence say, " Do I get sufficient sleep to wake up fresh?" Can we do that for the probes? If yes what would be entity & intent for the query? Or should the sentences be simple statements? Though the documentation is handy, however it doesn't address my query. Highly appreciate your support. Best, Prashant....

Today my bot suddenly not working anymore, won't reply message on facebook channel

Hi, I am interested if it is possible to share the same look what I get when I preview my chatbot in the editor. Now, if I embed the html and javascript then I am redirected to a page when the chatbot fills out the whole browser window instead of showing up just in a small window as it is in the preview.
