I have set "/start" as restart command on my Telegram bot and if the user writes it there's no problem, however if the bot does so, it won't work. I created this nteraction: [responseTo interaction=ID fallback=An error occurred, /start command in action]. The user gets to the interaction and receives the fallback response, however the bot doesn't restart.

Hi. I have a live bot deployed on my organizations website. It was working fine till yesterday. Suddenly it has started printing out brackets of my IF statements. The bot is available on the store. Bot ID 100514 (COVID-19 Symptoms Checker). The interaction where the error is occurring is 1581112 (Calculate Result). The results however are showing accurately. The only problem is the brackets getting printed out. If I remove the brackets then obviously the conditions become incorrect in syntax and it doesn't work. Urgent help please!

Hi, I have the same problem. I found that Snatchbot is loading Google Analytics. I am not sure how this affects our tracking data. I was not able to disable GA. This is our bot ID: 103387 I don't want to post our website URL here. Can you somehow help me?
