My bot (id=56177) uses an address extraction interaction. In the interaction that follows it, I use "[extractedData interaction=855691 fallback=TEXT]" in the text of the message. This works correctly. However, in that same interaction I set a custom attribute to "[extractedData interaction=855691 fallback=TEXT]", and that doesn't work. It always has the value of the response to the address extraction interaction, rather than the extracted data. The reason this is an issue is that a user can type an address fragment in response to the address extraction interaction. But what we need on our end is not the fragment but rather the full address, i.e. the extracted data. How can I fix this?

Hello, My bot keeps identifying itself as 'Customer Service Bot' when it posts a message in the chat window. But the 'Typing' message says the name of the bot for which I named it 'Christian'. How can I change the name that says 'Customer Service Bot' to say 'Christian'? Where do I go to change that? Thank you, Larry

Hi, I implemented the bot in my website with the "allow automatic open" enabled. As expected the last parameter of Init(...) is "1". But unfortunately the bot does not open automatically. Tested on multiple computers with firefox, edge, chrome, safari. All the same... not opening automatically. KR Jan

If I remove it I get a 30 point flat increase in my score. Do you have a plugin or something available for WordPress or something to keep most files local rather than fetching from your servers which are slower to load from as per googles rating.

1. After creating the SnatchBot how do I find out whats the most frequently asked questions for my business? Is there a report on what are the questions asked? 2. How do we enter the answers for different questions raised by our client, could we upload a library of answer? 3. What kind of data/response can we upload, Text, Pictures, Documents (Words, Excel, PPT, PDF)? 4. Do we have any limit in amount of data to be upload? If yes, how much space? Above are just to assume that we are using the free account to test the ease of usability and configuration.

Greetings, i´ve embedded a bot via iframe and the web chat url. That worked a couple of days but suddenly the bot does not start anymore. Only the upper menu bar and the chat panel are visible but no interaction is possible. Do you have an idea how to fix that? Thanks in advance and kind regards, Sebastian
