Unable to save subject on email alert

I’m having some technical issues with our SnatchBot. I tried to chat about it with your chatbot Atlas but wasn’t able to find the solution.

I’m trying to set email notification when specific questions are responded but it doesn’t work. I followed the steps in your tutorial but no luck:

The email subject won’t save, only the email address but I tried multiple times and my email never gets notifications and I checked my spam folder as well.
