Switching Channels in conversation

Hy,

there is a really great feature that enables the user to switch between channels and continue the conversation with the chatbot.

I would like to add this to the conversation. I know that there is a switch button, but none of my users understands and use that channel switch button we have in webchat. This is "out of the conversation" and they don't why should they push it. But I have talked to some of my customers and they would push the channel switch if that would be an option in the conversation. For example with a quick reply or button...

For example: how can we get in touch with you?

So to simplify, can I put channel switch in the conversation somehow?
