Sending and receiving custom payload

Hello, hope you're all doing well.
I wanted to know if we have the option of:

  1. Sending custom payload from our server to the bot
  2. Setting custom payload in the bot from the bot interface
  3. Receiving the custom payload at the server

By custom payload I mean something similar to the 'custom payload' we can use in Google's Dialog flow ES. I could not find something like that in neither the community nor the documents. Thanks for your time.
