Hi all, we would like to use Snatchbot to automate our customer communications via social media accounts, web chats, and emails. Our CRM is Bitrix and that's where we fail now. If we connect Bitrix to Line for example, via a Webhook, we can't connect the same Line Account via Webhook to Snatchbot. Is there a solution to address this? We would like the whole customer conversation to be saved in Bitrix, but Snatchbot to manage the dialog. Thanks for your reply in advance. I am happy to answer any questions.
