[showVar=Key] or [customVar=key] bug found

Good day!

The showVar and customVar works fine if I replied to the bot instantly maybe 1 - 7 seconds. When I tested it out again via WebChat and Messenger, and have not replied more than 60 seconds, when using showVar, the input won't appear.

It seems that there have been bug on showVar or customVar. I'm not certain which of them have the bug. There's no information in the documentation indicating that we need to reply instantly for the custom and showVar to work.
