NLP - Intents

Hi,

I'm having trouble with Custom Intent. I've created an intent with at least 75 examples. The intent has been training and when I test it, its works fine and is recognized.

Yet when I assign it to an interaction, I won't recognize it. It just repeats the previous answer or restart the bot. It doesn't make a difference if I add intent to the interaction or as a global connection, it does the same thing.

  1. How many examples do I have to add for your bot to recognize the intent. It's a simple intent.
  2. What is the difference between BERT and the Bernoulli Naive Bayes model? I used both to no real success.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
