Live chat answered

Hi, i am already using live chat, and i wanted to know if there is any option to marked with a green dot the live chat that in the first instance were answered by an agent but then received some new messages to be answered by thise agent.

Now it only appears the green dot when you a have a new live chat request, but once you answered it the green dot disappears and it is very difficult to continue the conversation if you received many live chat request at a time. The chat that is waiting for an answer just get lost between all the conversations.
