Problem with Snatchbot Inbox

Hi there!

I'm not able to access the Snatchbot Inbox. The Inbox keeps on loading. I don't have problem with any of the Snatchbot features except the Snatchbot Inbox. Also I've already contacted our IT department, we don't have connection problem on our end, and they stated that it has something to do with the website.

Is there a way that I can fix this problem on my end?
