You charged me $10 which I did not approve, I do not have a pro subscription, I still have $10 which are not used and never upgradet the bot but you charged me on my credit card, I already canceld that, this is against the law, I have no subscription, I only added credit once which is not used and you think you can update my balance how you like it or what.
You better transfer the money back asap, or I will call it fraud!
