content remains if user does a refresh of page

Hi,
I have a question. If a user refreshes the page on his mobile device by draging the page down, does the chat progress up to that point stay or does the chat start new.
I need for the chat to stay where it was. For example if the user closes the browser and then returns, I need to chat to remember what has been said up to that point.
Can Snatchbot do that?
