Premium Support

Hi,

I was wondering if issues of customers that currently use the free version are still addressed or if only premium users now get support, which goes beyond just giving information about the product.

I am still having the problem that attributes are not set anymore (I don't seem to be the only one) and that webhooks in connections are triggered twice. Both functions used to work and stopped working without me changing anything. Especially the first issue is very critical to my project (Ph.D. student).

Would someone help to get these issues solved quickly if I buy the premium version? My motivation to buy it is currently not very high, given that all these things worked beforehand and are basic features and I don't need any of the premium features.
