BOT NOT WORKING

Hi guys, I'm a free user and have 2 different bots for 2 different Facebook pages of mine, and different email accounts for Snatchbot.

My one Facebook is working, but not the other one, I have checked settings on Facebook and unpublished it, and deployed again, and still no success. any advice?
