Global connection does not work properly

Dear Admin,
I have a bot which is working properly for the last 1 year. and today users report that the Bot does not recognized quick reply menu which is set in NLP as global connection.
And I realized that the bot speed to process the word also much slower than last time.
Is there any changes on the backend?
Please kindly help.
