I don't know why but the bot sometimes the bot stops in the middle of interaction

Hi there!

When we test the chat here in Snatchbot, it works fine. But when we tried it out on our Facebook Messenger, Desktop and android, the bot stops in the middle of the interaction. And somewhat, the bot continues the interaction itself after a couple of minutes. And sometime it works fine. There may have been inconsistencies with the bot. I wanted to know why those things happen and if possible this can be fixed.
