I am just configuring Snatchbot and when testing it with Facebook Messenger, the bot adds text to my content. How can that be?

e.g. in my Hello Message (that is in spanish) the bot includes the following:
"Hello! Thanks for reaching out! Can you please tell us your email?"

And later between a couple of my phrases it adds:
"Ok, let's skip that for now."
"Cool, thanks! How about a phone number in case we need to reach out to you directly?"

How can I remove those texts from my bot?
