Hello,
I was wondering is there an easy way to change quick replies order, e.g. QR from 12th place to QR 7th place etc... I managed to do it somehow yesterday but I cannot replicate it today. When I try to hold click on quick reply and move it around, it just selects text and it's not giving me an option to move them around like conversations ...
