Is it possible to use datasets to train the chatbot?
For instance if I have an Arabic Chat Corpus, can I use that to train the chatbot?

If I want to train a FAQ model how would I go about doing that?
Do I have to create a model for each question or is there another way?
and if I were to train each question separately I'd put different deviations and different formats of the question as the "match case, what about the "Mismatch case"? Do I just put anything that isn't relevant to the question in training?

Is there somewhere where I can read the benefits of PRO plan in detail?
I am thinking of subscribing to Snatchbot's PRO plan but I want to read all of the benefits of PRO plan before doing so.
