Terminate a business account submission process

Please we tried filling the form on 360 dialog for the business registration of a number yesterday evening, but we realized some of the detail for example the email filled in was wrong. I have written to their mail this morning to help terminate the process so we can fill a new form afresh but no feedback has be gotten from them yet. I don't know if there is something you guys can do so I can submit a newer form on the same number.
