Email Alert - UserId

Hi!
I need help.
I managed to send alerts to my email with certain interactions, but a generic email arrives.
In that email there is a userid. I want to know how I do to verify which chat conversation (within the panel options) that userid belongs, or if there is a way in the reports to know what interactions that userid handles.
So far I can't find the association between the userid that arrives in the mail with the e of the panel.
In the chat conversations I see the identifier of the facebook user, but nothing else.
I hope you can help me.
